Patient ResourcesWe are excited to welcome both new and returning patients to our West Knoxville dental office. From the moment you walk through our door, you’re going to realize that this is not your typical visit to a dentist in Knoxville. You’ll experience a warm, soothing atmosphere and smiling attendants who are here to help you feel comfortable, acquaint you with our practice, make sure all your questions are answered, and who provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision regarding your oral health and dental care.

During this time, we will listen to your concerns or goals, evaluate your oral health, perform any necessary exams, recommend a course of action and, depending upon the results, a cleaning may or may not be performed during your first appointment. If necessary, your cleaning may be scheduled for a follow-up time depending on the condition of your teeth and gums.

We will also discuss your dental history and gather a list of medications, any relevant medical history, and answer your dental insurance coverage questions to help you obtain any benefits you may be entitled to receive. We will also provide an estimate of your entire responsibility to get your approval prior to any work being performed.

Your oral health is our utmost concern, and we understand the trust you are placing in us. We are grateful for the opportunity to help you and want you to know we do not accept this responsibility lightly. Thank you very much for your business. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Given the current American Dental Association and the State of Tennessee guidelines for Covid-19, new and returning patients are being required to complete a simple health questionnaire, including a recent travel history, prior to being seen in the office.

Upon arrival for your appointment, we ask that you call to let us know you’re in the parking lot. One of our staff will come out to you to take your temperature prior to entering the office. Patients with temperatures, domestic and international airline travel within 2 weeks of their appointment, sickness, exposure to someone who is sick, and patients without masks will have their appointments rescheduled. Masks are mandatory at all times around our staff and in the office.

If you do not have a mask, please let the person assisting you know and a mask will be provided to you.

Although we accept and work with all insurance coverage at our West Knoxville dentistry location, please be aware that we are only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental (Premier Dentist), and Cigna PPO plans.*

Therefore, we offer an estimate only and the patient’s responsibility is due at treatment consultation or first appointment.
